The Maisu is run by Maite and Susana, who took it over from their father Isaías Tejerina. Their focus is on friendly, family service. It serves traditional cuisine carefully prepared the old-fashioned way, in a friendly atmosphere. Their speciality dishes include fried squid and roast lamb.
The restaurant is located in the Mamariga neighbourhood at the foot of Mount Serantes, and is the ideal place to stop off after a nature walk.
